Lake Jericho Social/Meeting Hall Information

Braddock Hall, a premier venue, accommodates up to 75 guests, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of events, from small weddings to professional work meetings. It offers a plethora of amenities designed to cater to every need and enhance the event experience. The hall can be equipped with tables and comfortable chairs, ensuring guests are seated in comfort. For those requiring culinary services, a full firefighter's kitchen is available upon request, complete with all necessary facilities to prepare and serve meals.

The venue boasts of wireless audio/visual technology to facilitate any type of presentation or entertainment need and yes we have high-speed wireless internet to keep everyone connected.

Practical needs are also well addressed with large parking accommodations ensuring easy access for all guests. The entire facility is a non-smoking building, ensuring a comfortable and healthy environment for everyone. Kitchen

The kitchen usage includes access to a comprehensive array of basic cooking equipment and facilities, such as the stove, oven, microwave, deep fryers,  and ample counter space for food preparation. To avail of these facilities, an additional fee of $30 is required. This fee ensures that all equipment and spaces are maintained in optimal condition, ready for your culinary needs.

Rental Terms

• Reservation Requirements:

  • A non-refundable reservation deposit and a signed rental contract are mandatory to secure the hall for your desired date.
  • Deposit Amount: A deposit of $50.00 is required upon contract signing.

• Rental Duration:

  • The rental term extends for a 4-hour period on the rental day.

• Pricing Inclusions:

  • The rental price covers the setup and breakdown of tables for the event.

• Payment Schedule:

  • Reservation Deposit: $50.00, payable at the time of contract signing.
  • Remaining Balance and Security Deposit: All remaining fees.
    • The security deposit is refundable and will be returned after the 1st of the following month, provided no damage to the property occurs during the rental.

• Reservation Deposit Application:

  • The reservation deposit will be credited towards the total rental fee of the social hall.

• Event Preparation:

  • Lessees are required to submit a detailed floor plan at least one week prior to the event.

• Equipment Use and Responsibilities:

  • Please note that no food, beverage or ingrediants are supplied by the hall.
  • Lessees need to bring their own serving and cooking utensils, as these are not provided unless rented in the agreement.

• Additional Provisions:

  • Further terms and conditions will be outlined in the rental contract for clarity and compliance.
