Lake Jericho Fire Social Hall, venue, accommodates up to 150 guests, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of events, from to professional work meetings. It offers a plethora of amenities designed to cater to every need and enhance the event experience. The hall comes equipped with tables and comfortable banquet chairs, ensuring guests are seated in luxury and style. For those requiring culinary services, a full caterer's kitchen is available upon request, complete with all necessary facilities to prepare and serve exquisite meals.

The venue boasts wireless audio/visual technology to facilitate any type of presentation or entertainment need. This includes an projector, offering a large, clear view for all attendees. The audio/visual setup is complemented by multiple DVD players, a wireless microphone system with multiple speakers ensuring crisp, clear sound throughout the event, and high-speed wireless internet to keep everyone connected.

To further enhance the ambiance, a stove, microwave and refrigerator perfect for serving a variety of foods to suit all tastes. 

Practical needs are also well addressed with parking accommodations ensuring easy access for all guests. The entire facility is a non-smoking venue, ensuring a comfortable and healthy environment for everyone. Kitchen

The kitchen usage includes access to a comprehensive array of culinary equipment and facilities, such as the stove, convection oven, deep fryers, a spacious walk-in refrigerator, an ice maker, dishwasher, a three-compartment sink for efficient cleaning, and ample counter space for food preparation. To avail of these facilities, an additional fee of $200 is required. This fee ensures that all equipment and spaces are maintained in optimal condition, ready for your culinary needs.

Note: Reservation Deposit ( $ 100.00 ) and Rental Contract are required to reserve your requested date. 
The reservation deposit will be applied towards the social hall rental fee.

Rental Terms

• Reservation Requirements:

  • A non-refundable reservation deposit and a signed rental contract are mandatory to secure the hall for your desired date.
  • Deposit Amount: A deposit of $100.00 is required upon contract signing.

• Rental Duration:

  • The rental term extends for a 17-hour period, starting from 07:00 a.m. to midnight on the rental day.

• Pricing Inclusions:

  • The rental price covers the setup and breakdown of tables for the event.

• Payment Schedule:

  • Reservation Deposit: $100.00, payable at the time of contract signing.
  • Remaining Balance and Security Deposit: All remaining fees, including a $100.00 security deposit, must be paid 30 days prior to the event.
    • The security deposit is refundable and will be returned after the 1st of the following month, provided no damage to the property occurs during the rental.

• Reservation Deposit Application:

  • The reservation deposit will be credited towards the total rental fee of the social hall.

• Event Preparation:

  • Lessees are required to submit a detailed floor plan at least one week prior to the event.

• Equipment Use and Responsibilities:

  • If a fryer is utilized during the event, it must be thoroughly drained and cleaned post-use. Please note that fry oil is not supplied by the hall.
  • Lessees need to bring their own serving and cooking utensils, as these are not provided.

• Additional Provisions:

  • Further terms and conditions will be outlined in the rental contract for clarity and compliance.
